Eduvixis primarily delivers its educational programs through 100% live online classes led by qualified instructors.
Live classes are designed to encourage participation, collaboration, and direct interaction between instructors and students.
4.2 Recorded Sessions
When available, recorded sessions may be provided to enrolled students for asynchronous learning purposes.
These recordings are intended exclusively for the personal educational use of enrolled students and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or publicly displayed.
Availability of recordings may vary depending on the course, instructor, or subscription plan.
4.3 Missed Classes

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted educational services, we cannot guarantee that every class, feature, or service will always be available without interruption due to factors beyond our control.
V. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
5.1 Subscription Plans
Eduvixis offers educational programs through monthly subscriptions and one-time course purchases, depending on the program.
Subscription plans provide access to the educational services, features, and resources included in the selected plan during the active subscription period.
Pricing may vary between courses and promotional offers. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before the next renewal date.
Failure to cancel within this period may result in the next monthly charge being processed automatically.
5.3 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the methods provided by Eduvixis.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for payments already processed.
Access to subscription benefits remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
Eduvixis does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers unless expressly stated.
Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Eduvixis or its payment providers to charge the selected payment method.
5.5 Pricing
Eduvixis reserves the right to modify prices, subscription plans, promotional offers, and available services at any time.
Price changes will not affect users who are actively enrolled in a course under an existing subscription unless otherwise communicated.
New pricing will apply only to future enrollments, renewals where permitted, or newly purchased courses.
VI. Refund Policy
Purchases made through Eduvixis are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By purchasing any course or subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
However:
- Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the required notice period may not prevent the next automatic renewal.
- Access to subscription services continues until the current billing period expires.
If a subscription expires due to non-payment:
- Platform access will be suspended.
- Live classes and educational resources will no longer be accessible.
- Access to learning progress may become temporarily unavailable while the subscription remains inactive.
- Extended periods of inactivity may result in certain learning records or course progress becoming unavailable in accordance with Eduvixis policies.
6.2 One-Time Course Purchases
Courses purchased through a single payment are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Before beginning a course, users may request a transfer to another Eduvixis course of equal value, subject to approval.
If the selected course has a higher price, the user must pay the price difference before enrollment is transferred.
Course transfers are available only before significant access to course materials has occurred.
6.3 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered in cases involving:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Billing errors caused by Eduvixis.
- Technical failures originating from the Eduvixis platform that prevent access to the purchased course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
- Other exceptional circumstances evaluated at Eduvixis’ sole discretion.
Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and will be determined after review by our support team.
