By accessing or using www.eduvixis.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

I. Definition of Service
Eduvixis provides access to online courses, live classes, and digital educational materials through its online platform.
We are not a formal academic institution or certified academy, but a technology-based learning platform that connects users with digital and live learning programs.

II. Registration and User Accounts
2.1 Requirements
To access our services, users must: 
– Be at least 16 years of age. 
– Provide accurate, current, and verifiable information. 
– Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. 

Eduvixis shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. 

2.2 User Conduct
Users agree to: 
– Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other users. 
– Refrain from insulting, harassing, or discriminating based on religion, politics, race, gender, or beliefs. 
– Avoid spreading hate speech, extremist ideologies, or offensive remarks. 

Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent deletion, without the right to a refund. 

III. Live and Asynchronous Classes
3.1 Class Modality
All classes offered on Eduvixis are 100% live. 
If a user cannot attend a scheduled session, they may: 
– Request the recording of the missed class, or 
– Access the recorded version directly within their course dashboard for asynchronous viewing. 

This ensures that users can continue their learning progress without losing access to course content.

3.2 Absences and Incidents
– If an instructor fails to attend a live session, users may report the incident through official Eduvixis channels. 
– If an instructor uses inappropriate language or behaves unprofessionally, users should immediately report the situation. 

Eduvixis will investigate and take appropriate action, maintaining a culture of respect, ethics, and professionalism.

3.3 Institutional Commitment
Eduvixis fosters a learning environment grounded in ethical values, respect, integrity, and professional conduct — both for instructors and students. 
We are committed to maintaining a safe, collaborative, and inclusive educational experience. 

3.4 Class Rescheduling
In cases of technical failures, internet outages, power disruptions, or natural events, Eduvixis will: 
– Verify the cause of the issue, 
– Notify affected users, and 
– Reschedule the class for another date and time. 

These rescheduled classes will not incur additional charges and are part of our continuity commitment.

IV. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription Plans
Eduvixis offers monthly subscription plans with fixed costs that remain unchanged for the duration of the enrolled course. 
– Eduvixis will not increase prices for active users during an ongoing course. 
– New pricing will apply only to new users or to users purchasing new courses after a price update.

4.2 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. 
Eduvixis does not store credit or debit card details. 
By subscribing, users authorize the corresponding charge for their selected plan.

V. Refund Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Policy
Eduvixis does not issue refunds for cancellations or withdrawals once access to digital materials has been granted. 

5.2 Exceptional Cases
Refunds will only be granted in the following situations: 
– Duplicate payment detected on the user’s bank statement. 
– System error confirmed by Eduvixis. 

5.3 Claim Procedure
– Claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the date the duplicate charge appears on the user’s bank statement. 
– The Eduvixis support team will review the case and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on the user’s bank or card issuer. 

All other payments are non-refundable. 

VI. Conduct, Ethics, and Community
Eduvixis promotes respect, inclusion, and constructive communication among all community members. 
Strictly prohibited actions include: 
– Insulting, threatening, or discriminating against users or instructors. 
– Promoting hate speech, violence, or extremist ideologies. 
– Sharing copyrighted or unauthorized materials. 

Instructors are required to report any misconduct to Eduvixis. 
If an investigation confirms a violation, the account may be permanently terminated without refund eligibility.

VII. Loyalty Benefits and Free Courses
Eduvixis may assign free or additional courses to selected users as a token of loyalty, engagement, or preference. 
These courses: 
– Will be provided at no extra cost. 
– Will appear automatically in the user’s Dashboard. 
– Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for monetary value. 

VIII. Instructors and Responsibilities
Eduvixis instructors are bound by ethical, quality, and professional conduct policies. 
We ensure that all instructors meet high standards of respect, responsibility, and professional ethics, fostering positive and inclusive learning environments. 

The Instructor Terms and Conditions and corresponding Privacy Policy apply in addition to this document.

IX. Intellectual Property
All course materials, text, graphics, logos, videos, and content within Eduvixis are the exclusive property of Eduvixis or their respective authors. 
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. 

Violations may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

X. Privacy Policy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.eduvixis.com/privacy, and complies with the GDPR and applicable Latin American data protection laws.

XI. Limitation of Liability
Eduvixis shall not be held liable for: 
– Temporary service interruptions or technical failures. 
– Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, ISPs, etc.). 
– Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. 

XII. Modifications
Eduvixis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
Revised versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
